T30

We have one goal: to help you restore the trust that has been broken.

Who we are

We’re a team of passionate builders who have experienced ourselves the first-hand effects of addiction and relational brokenness. We want to bring a path to healing and relational restoration because we know it’s hard and you need the right tools and community to do it.

Our 3 Core Principles

We believe restoration from relational betrayal, especially those from addiction, is centered on these three core pillars:

  1. Radical Honesty

  2. Predictable, Consistent Behavior

  3. Non-Defensive Empathy

Who T30 Supports

T30 is for the partner who has been betrayed and for the individual on the path to recovery. For betrayed partners it helps to create the safety needed to do the work of personal healing and forgiveness. For the individual in recovery, T30 helps build the rhythms to live a holistically healthy and integrated lifestyle with those you love.

Trust information

Your journal should stay yours.

End-to-end encryption for private reflection today. A patient-controlled clinician pathway planned for Q4 2026.

Available todayPlanned for Q4 2026

Future-state notice: The clinician pathway described on this page is planned functionality and is not currently available.

Available today

Private reflection comes first.

T30 is designed so choosing support does not mean opening your entire journal. Eligible private journal fields can be encrypted on your device before sync using AES-256-GCM.

Encrypted before sync

Protected fields leave the device as authenticated ciphertext.

You control sharing

A connection does not automatically unlock your private journal.

Separate relationships

Personal and partner connections stay separate from the future professional pathway.

E2EE and HIPAA

End-to-end encryption is a HIPAA-compliant technical safeguard. For clinical use, it works alongside verified access, business associate agreements, audit controls, retention, recovery and incident procedures.

T30 Professionals

We plan to extend T30’s privacy model into a separate clinician workspace. This is planned functionality—not a description of the current consumer app.

Planned professional controls

  • Verified clinician identity and mandatory multi-factor authentication
  • Active organization and business associate agreement gates
  • Provider- and program-specific access
  • Content-free security audit records
  • Expiration, revocation and workforce offboarding

Planned client controls

  • No automatic sharing
  • One item, one destination, one deliberate action
  • Separate permission for each provider or program
  • Provider relationships private from partners
  • A durable record of what was shared

Questions

Trust information FAQ

Is the clinician pathway available today?

No. T30 Professionals is planned for Q4 2026. Current T30 accounts should not be treated as clinician portals.

Will a clinician see my full journal?

No. The planned model requires deliberate item-level sharing. A grant alone will not expose past or future entries.

Can a partner see my clinician relationship?

No. Professional relationships, prompts, resources and provider identities are planned to remain private from partners and personal connections by default.

Will photos be included?

Not in the initial clinician release. Photo sharing remains excluded until encrypted media support is implemented and validated.

Will T30 sign a BAA?

T30 plans to provide business associate agreements to eligible provider organizations before activating the clinical pathway for their clients.

Planned timing and functionality may change as implementation, security validation and provider review progress.
