What T30 believes about finding safety again

Safety is not something you wait for. It’s something you find again.

At T30, we know that finding out about sexual betrayal can shake nearly everything: your sense of what is real, your body, your trust in your own judgment, and your sense of what is safe. What you feel makes sense. Our hope is that you find steady ground to stand on while you work out what comes next. But that decision is yours, not ours.

We believe healing is not about going back to who you were before. It is about slowly finding safety again, in your body, in your thinking, and in your relationships, at the pace that is right for you. You are not responsible for someone else’s choices, and you are allowed to have needs and boundaries. We know there are no guarantees, but we believe healing and hope are possible after betrayal.

Safety doesn’t come back in one grand moment. It comes back in small, steady things: a place to put what you’re feeling, a way to remember what happened, a boundary you can say out loud, and people who stay close.

Anchored is a place for that daily work, alongside therapy, support groups, coaching, and the people who care about you.

Anchored isn’t therapy, isn’t a way to monitor anyone, and doesn’t promise that a relationship will be repaired. It gives you a steady place to process what you’re experiencing and keep track of what you need.

The T30 Team

The product, in practice

Healing is built in the moments between the hard conversations.

Anchored gives you different ways to record context, understand what you feel, set boundaries, and find steadier ground.

01

In-app communication

Protect the conversations that matter most.

In-app chat • Share check-ins • Boundaries

Keep everything in one place. T30 gives you a protective way to have the most difficult conversations without affecting your whole family.

  1. Message your partner
  2. Share your check-ins
  3. Review shared boundaries

02

Anchors

Remember what helps you feel steady.

Anchors

Uncertainty can make everything feel unstable. Anchors holds the people, places, and practices that help you feel steady, so you have something to reach for the moment you need it.

  1. People who steady you
  2. Places that help you land
  3. Practices you can return to

Practical, not mystical. Return to what helps.

03

Journaling

Give what you feel somewhere to land.

Journals

Some things are too big to say out loud yet. Journals give you room to name what you feel, how strong it is, and what you need, whether that is a few honest lines or a long, unfiltered free write.

  1. Choose a journal
  2. Name what you feel and need
  3. Come back when you have more room

What you write here is yours.

04

Trigger Log

Capture it now. Understand it when you have room.

Trigger Log

A trigger can feel immediate. Trigger Log lets you record what happened, what you noticed in your body, and what helped, so you can look for patterns over time without having to figure it out in the moment.

  1. Record what triggered you
  2. Note how strong it felt
  3. Look back for patterns

You don’t have to solve a trigger while you’re inside it.

05

Repair after triggers and conflict

Decide how you want to show up.

Repair Kit

Hard moments happen, and conflict often follows a trigger. Repair Kit walks you through what happened, what it stirred up in you, and what you need, so you can choose how you want to show up when you’re ready to talk.

  1. Name what happened and what it stirred up
  2. Get clear on what you need
  3. Choose how you want to show up

Go at your pace. You decide whether and when to have the conversation.

06

Boundaries

Build boundaries around what you need to feel safe.

Boundary Builder

A boundary is about what you need and what you will do, not about controlling anyone else. Boundary Builder helps you turn a vague limit into words you can say out loud and stand behind.

  1. Name what you need
  2. Decide what you will do
  3. Share it when you’re ready

Your needs matter. Boundaries start there.

07

Keep growing between conversations

Recovery doesn’t stop when the app closes.

Podcasts

Listen to the shows that are helping you heal, right inside T30. Follow your shows, pick up where you left off, and keep learning in the quiet moments between check-ins. It’s a curated, family-safe podcast feed.

  1. Latest episodes from your shows
  2. Resume where you left off
  3. Discover, Library, and Playlist

08

Support you choose

You don’t have to carry this alone.

Group chat

Healing is easier with people who understand. Message trusted friends and members of your support group, or start a group conversation, so the people who help you stay close to the work.

  1. Message a friend
  2. Start a group conversation
  3. Keep your support in one place

You choose who’s in the conversation.

09

Connection approvals

Know who they can connect with.

Approval Center

If the person who broke your trust is also on T30, Approval Center shows you who they are able to connect with in the app, and lets you approve or decline new connections, so you can protect your safety.

  1. See who is asking to connect
  2. Review who is being added
  3. Approve or leave it inactive

Approval is optional, and you choose the settings.
