Four pillars

You don't have to know everything to know what you need.

Anchored is built around four things that help you stay connected to yourself while you move through what hurts.

Grounded

Return to the people, places, practices, and rhythms that keep you connected to yourself and to what's real.

Self-understanding

Understand what you feel, what you need, what triggered you, and what belongs to you and what belongs to someone else.

Calm

Find enough internal space to think, pause, and decide. It isn't an expectation to stop being angry or upset.

Resilient

Stay connected to yourself through pain, recover after hard moments, and keep making your own choices.

Stand on firm ground, even when everything feels uncertain.

Anchored
Your healing

His recovery can support yours. It doesn't own it.

Not in your control

Your partner's choices

Your partner may be recovering, inconsistent, or not using T30 at all. His honesty and consistency can support you, but you can't create them. Anchored doesn't ask you to try.

  • Whether he changes
  • How quickly his recovery moves
  • Whether he tells the truth
  • What the relationship becomes
What you can build

Your footing

Your healing can move forward even when his recovery is not in your control.

  • Clarity about what you feel and what you need.
  • Boundaries that protect your safety and well-being.
  • Trust in your own judgment, rebuilt through awareness and action.
  • Steadier grounding when you're triggered.
  • Connection with the people who support you.
How it works

Start with what you know.

You don't have to solve everything right now. Start with what you know, what you feel, and what you need next.

  1. 01

    Check in

Name what you feel and what you need today. One clear step at a time.

  2. 02

    Ground

When something triggers you, use the Trigger Log and your Anchors to understand what happened and return to what helps.

  3. 03

    Notice what changes

Over time you can see consistency, boundary use, and how you recover after hard moments, without scores or a scale of how healed you are.

Our approach

Name the pain. Keep your agency.

Anchored uses direct language about betrayal, secrecy, and broken trust, without adding to the fear. It doesn't tell you to stay, leave, forgive, or reconcile. Those decisions are yours.

A boundary defines what you need and what you will do to protect yourself. It doesn't define how another adult must behave.

The Anchored idea

Anchored doesn't mean staying in the relationship. An anchor is your connection to yourself, to what's real, to your values and your support, whatever you decide next.

Alongside your support

Used with therapy and community, not instead of them.

Anchored is a daily companion between sessions. It can help you notice patterns in your emotions, triggers, needs, and boundaries, and those patterns can become useful material for a conversation with a therapist, a group, or a trusted friend.

It doesn't replace therapy, support groups, mentors, or the people in your life. It's one place to practice understanding yourself between them.

What Anchored is not
  • Therapy, or a substitute for professional counseling.
  • Surveillance, or a way to monitor your partner.
  • A lie detector. It can't tell you whether someone is being honest.
  • A promise that trust will return or that a relationship will last.
  • A tool that decides whether you stay or leave.
  • Dependent on your partner using T30.
Questions

What people ask first

What is Anchored?

Anchored is a betrayal recovery app for women, and a grounding-and-self-trust recovery system. It brings daily check-ins, a Trigger Log, Anchors, Boundary Builder, journaling, and relational tools into one place.

Who is it for?

Women who have discovered or are living with sexual betrayal, secrecy, or deception in their relationship.

You might be newly through discovery or years into recovery. You might be staying, separating, or unsure. You might have a therapist or not. Anchored is built to be useful in each of those places.

Does it work if my partner doesn't use T30?

Yes. Anchored is built to work on its own. If your partner uses Ascension, connected features like shared check-ins can add to the experience, but they're optional.

Is Anchored therapy?

No. Anchored is designed to be used alongside therapy, not instead of it. It doesn't provide clinical diagnosis or treatment.

Will it tell me whether my partner is being honest?

No. Anchored can't detect deception, and it doesn't treat anything your partner shares as proof of honesty, recovery, or safety. It helps you understand what you notice and what you need.

Will it tell me to stay or leave?

No. Staying, leaving, forgiving, and reconciling are your decisions. Major decisions are best made with the support of a therapist or professional team.

Does it track or monitor my partner?

No. Anchored isn't a surveillance or control tool. It's built around your grounding, your boundaries, and your needs.

How does Anchored relate to T30?

Anchored is the T30 experience for women rebuilding stability and self-trust after sexual betrayal.
